A. Payment Terms and Conditions

Telegraphic / Swift Wire Transfer (T/T)
50%  down payment in advance is required to start the production. The rest of the payment should be done upon invoice after container is loaded. Original documents will be sent to the consignee upon receipt the transfer.

B. Order Term

1. FCL ( Full Container Load)
   Minimum order is1 x 20' container with contains of mix items (maximum 10 item).
2. Sample Order
   We accept free sample if the sample cost is less than USD 50.00. If the cost is more than USD 50.00 , the sample cost should be at customer's own expense. All other costs including transportation cost will also be charged at customer’s expense.

C. Production Term

1. Material
   We produce furniture in Teak Mahogany and local Java . All woods are Kiln dried to reach moisture content 14% for Mahogany and local java wood and 17% for Teak (finished condition). However, moisture content in Indonesia is always influenced by the weather surrounding and also the thickness of the wood itself.
2. Finishing System
   We can do a hand polish and spray system, with some color choices upon request.
3. Packaging system
   The standard packaging is using 5ply brown carton box with corner protection.
4. Hardware
   For colonial furniture, we use antique look colors and for minimalist modern furniture we use stainless or chrome. We can also provide any other material requested by customers.
5. Customize Design
   We welcome customer who wants to customize our designs or to make up his own design.  Our designs are performed with realistic 3D drawing capability which enables customers to see the appearance of the design before a sample is made.
6. Production lead time
   - 1 x 20' container = 6 weeks
   - 1 x 40' container = 8 weeks
